Privacy of Purchase
Once an item is marked sale pending we take the
price off the site. What you pay for the item is strictly
confidential information as well as any personal information you my be asked to give us for shipping purposes. .
We do not share personal information concerning our clients.
Shipping
For smaller items we use the French postal
service. For all other items we work with several professional packers and
shippers. We will be happy to furnish you with the names of these shippers.
Packing and shipping fees are to be paid directly to the shipper.
The item cost, shipping and insurance must be paid and the funds
must clear our bank before an item is shipped.
Insurance
All items are sent fully insured. Therefore we will fill in your receipt,
the shipping papers and customs forms correctly, with full sale price of
items.
We will not falsify any papers.
Damage
Examine your package or shipment before you sign and take possession of an
item. Once you have signed release of your package or shipment it will
no longer be possible to collect the insurance. If your shipment is
obviously damaged, refuse delivery and keep a copy of the delivery
receipt with your written note refused delivery box damaged, bad condition, tears, dents etc.
In all cases it should possible to open and examine the
shipment in front of post office personnel or the shippers.
Please let us know if you have had any damage concerning your
shipment.
